CANCELATION FEES
We know that family law litigation can change any minute and sometimes you need to change your mediation date or time. We are here to serve you. We charge a two hour minimum fee per party if you cancel with less than 1 full business day prior to the mediation.
VIRTUAL MEDIATION FEES
We charge $150 per hour per party. I only have 2 hour minimum. Any pro se party must deposit mediation fees at least a week prior to mediation.
NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS
We can mediate at night or on the weekends. This option requires a non-refundable pre-payment to cover all time requested.
